Seasoning Mix: Mixed Spices (56.5%): (Coriander Seeds Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Cumin, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Cassia, Bay Leaves, Fenugreek, Star Anise, Clove, Nutmeg), Iodized Salt, Unrefined Cane Sugar, Acidity Regulator (INS330)
Mighty Easy to Make
Step 1:
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain the hot water, rinse it with cold water and keep aside.
Step 2:
Get your kids to choose the veggies and make a fun task out of it. Then heat oil in the pan and sauté the veggies. Add our seasoning mix to taste or toss in your favourite spices.
Step 3 :
Add in the boiled noodles, stir it for 1-2 minutes and done! Your bowl of nutritious noodles is ready to be served.
